This video-based course includes 13 lessons to help you gain a solid understanding of the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework that integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought to help you transform your relationship with food. This weight-neutral approach to eating does not focus on changing the size or shape of your body, but rather, how you eat, how you perform, and your relationship with food and body.
PODCASTS
Nutrition and Training
The following are some of the nutrition and training podcasts where I have been a guest.
Jeff Ash from the non-diet companion joins us to unravel the mysteries of intuitive eating, a philosophy that respects the body’s natural hunger signals and eschews restrictive diets.
We are joined with Jeff Ash to discuss this movement/group. Jeff Ash spends most of his time in the Intuitive Eating world which is different from HAES but Jeff was more than willing to discuss this movement and give us insight into who they are and what they hold to.
If you’ve ever had a hard time explaining intuitive eating or the non-diet approach to the men in your life, this show is for you. In an interview with Jeff Ash, we explore this question from the male perspective.
A powerful conversation about the non-diet approach with a man for men.
I share my journey with food and faith, and give a male perspective on Intuitive Eating and how it relates to our faith as Christians.
How your partner can support you on your IE journey even if they’re not fully onboard with IE themself. And more!
As an intuitive eating coach, husband, and father Jeff has a unique perspective on the often overlooked way that men are impacted by diet culture.
Jeff takes us through the 10 principles of intuitive eating, and links it back to his own unique challenges of living in an abusive relationship, and raising children on the Autism spectrum. What I loved about this conversation was the mindfulness approach between food and our physical and mental health.
Jeff talks to us about how we can talk with our partners about Intuitive Eating. Maybe if they’ve never heard of it, they’re not on board. How can we approach that conversation?
