Equipped to Thrive is a course that covers the principles of Intuitive Eating. Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework that integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought to help you transform your relationship with food. This weight-neutral approach to eating does not focus on changing the size or shape of your body, but rather, how you eat and your relationship with food and your body.
This video-based course includes 13 lessons to help you gain a solid understanding of the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. Understanding the principles is just the beginning. The part that takes work is learning to implement them in your own life. Some people find it helpful to work together with a coach.
