I Can’t Stop Eating…I’m Always Eating

This worksheet helps assess your attitudes and mindset regarding intuitive eating, and where you might need some work. It is adapted from Tracy Tylka’s research on Tribole & Resch’s model of Intuitive Eating. Please understand that there is no pass/fail, right/wrong, good/bad answers. This is simply a tool to help us identify areas related to your relationship with food that we can address and work on together.
