Getting to Know Your Body Cues and States
Interoceptive awareness is an important foundational skill when working through the principles of Intuitive Eating. This activity will help you get to know the different cues in your body (not just hunger and fullness) as well as the various states your body goes through each day (sleepy, restless, sick, stress, etc.).
