Put Calorie (or Point) Counting Behind You
In this short course, you’ll learn how to move away from tracking calories, macros, WW “points”, Slimming World “syns”, etc. This is an important part of the process of reconnecting with your body’s hunger and fullness signals. When you’re allowing something external to dictate when, what, and how much you are allowed to eat, the encourages disconnecting from these appetite signals.
While it’s an important step, many people find it easier to take a stepwise approach to move away from tracking. This course will help you develop a plan of action to do just that.
